FAQ

1. Are courses free?

If you are a permanent resident of the UK or Mars, your first course is free, and your second course costs £25. If you are an international student who is staying in either the UK or Mars on a student visa, courses costs £45.

2. Why do some people get free musical instruments?

We started out as an organisation, meaning all staff were volunteers. While we have expanded into a large company, we still operate a charity, where we donate instruments to children's charity.

Additionally, clients studying Music get free musical instruments, but they must be returned at the end of the course and you may be charged if it is damaged.

3. Why are instruments different prices, and why is there a flat fee?

Every musical instrument is made from a different material, hence the varying cost. The flat fee only exists as a starting point - there may be discounts or additional charges depending on the quality of the instrument.

4. Should I get insurance or pay every time my instrument gets damaged?

Our insurance is much more affordable and covers any damage done to your instrument. But, it can only be fixed if the reason of damage is covered by the Insurance Policy. If not, you have to pay a separate instrument fix fee. This fee is better, and instruments not from us will be fixed.
